This happened three years ago and I still cannot believe how amazing these people are: I had been gifted a Patagonia jacket on my birthday and stuffed $600 b-day money in the pocket. I decided that I wanted to switch the jacket for another colour, and traded in the jacket with the money still in the pocket!! Four days later once I realized what I did, the Patagonia Team in Victoria literally tracked the jacket down to the warehouse and sent it back into Canada for me. They were so understanding and kept constant communication with me. I often think about how accommodating they were, they truly went beyond for me

Why do you sell microfibre and fleece products? When you put that into the wash micro plastics shed off and make their way into our coastal ecosystem and destroys it.I thought your whole thing was to benefit the planet... Our only shareholder is the earth." That's great

Its a place right downtown Victoria! There's a tall tree outside, and the building is a creamy white. It's just up the block from Government street on Yates street, before Broad street. It's a great location in the heart of the Old Town. Lovely neighborhood, great place to go by during a stroll through the city

Fabulous service with 2 online orders. Staff (KA and JM) extremely friendly and polite, and went out of their way to complete my orders. This experience renewed my confidence with online orders. Items were packaged and shipped within hours. I will definitely be buying from here again!

I have bought quite a few things from here and my only problem has been the lack of sizes. The staff have been great every time I have been there and the quality of the clothing is amazing. The prices are a bit high, but worth it.

The staff refused to stop chatting to help any of the customers. The selection was incredibly disappointing but not more than the staff’s lack of supervision. I love this brand too much lol.

Staff did not say Hi nor acknowledge us when we entered. We wanted to try on clothing but didn’t seem to be considered for a changing room. My boyfriend was followed around as if he was going to rob the place and I had no assistance, when asked for assistance, in buying a $250 puffy jacket. Would rather buy at any other store.
